Q. How long will it take my items ship?
A. You will generally receive your tracking number within 5 days.  Rarely there are situations that arise and it could be as long as 10 days.
Q. How do my items ship?

A. Folk N Funky items are shipped with USPS, UPS and DHL as a general rule of thumb.  This depends on the size of the item and the location it is being shipped to.

Q. What is a Duvet?
A. A duvet is a type of comforter that is often filled with material and stuffing which is either very hard, or very expensive to clean, like down feathers.  Duvets are normally white or another solid color.  
Q. What is a Duvet Cover?
A duvet cover is a protective slip for the duvet that is often just slightly larger and offers a closure. The duvet cover can be made from many very soft and easily cleaned materials, which makes owning a duvet require far less maintenance.  The duvet should fit snugly inside of the cover to prevent it from moving around during active sleeping.
   BONUS: With duvet covers, you can also quickly and easily change the look of your bedroom without having to purchase all new bedding!


Q. How do I wash my custom products from Folk N Funky?

A. Machine wash on cold, NEVER use bleach.  The use of bleach will void any return or refund regardless of date of purchase.  Tumble dry on low.  It is very important to make sure if you are washing a duvet cover to have it zipped shut before putting your duvet cover in the washing machine.

Q.  If I need a custom sized shower curtain, can you do that?

A.  Yes, we can do custom sizes!  Please email or send us a message on Facebook.  We will of course need the measurements (in inches) and we will get you a quote right away!

Q. Do I need a shower curtain liner?

A.  Yes, you will need a shower curtain liner.  While our shower curtains are water resistant, they are not waterproof.
Q. Can I personalize the item or get it in a different color?

A. Yes, at checkout there is a message box where you can leave personalization directions.  
Please leave clear and concise directions for personal touches or alterations you would like to see.  It would also be helpful if you would leave us your best form of contact in case we have any concerns or questions.  By no means do we want to be intrusive, but customer service is our #1 goal.
     If you would like to see alterations to a design, please email us directly at or find us on Facebook and leave us a message.  Many designs we are able to alter, however there are some that due to their intricacy and detail simply can not be changed.  The only way to know is to ask!
Q. Can I call my order in?

A. Unfortunately we are unable process credit cards over the phone.  We also don't accept mailed payments or cash.  Our checkout is secure and we use a trusted, verifiable source for our shopping cart. All payments are handled through our payment processor.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
